“Alright. I don’t know how long it’s been since you’ve battled someone, but the first part of training is always to warm up. You have to stretch to make sure you don’t pull any muscles and cramp up. So let’s start with some warm-up stretches.”
Placing a hand on his hip, he curved his other arm over his head, leaning to the right. “This would be a good meathod to spread your wings out for flexibility.”
“A-Alright.” She nodded, sort of watching and trying to imitate, stretching her left wing with her arm, gently flexing her right wing to make sure it didn’t brush the ground too much as it kind of hurt when too much stress was put on any of the flight feathers. She fet it was a little awkward to stretch, but at the same time she knew she had to. If she had to to hunt well and silently, she had to to fight just as swiftly. She waited for the next one, but held the stance somewhat, vaguely pushing more to the right to put a little more pressure on her hip as it kind of felt nice.
